Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Linman Tech Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "LinWiki") governing your access to and use of the LinWiki website, browser extension, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to paid services.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Description of Service

LinWiki is a subscription-based knowledge management software platform that enables users to save, organize, and manage web content.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

LinWiki offers free and paid subscription plans.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring automatic charges to your selected payment method via our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

We do not store full credit card numbers. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except as described in our Refund Policy, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or store ("User Content").

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to disrupt system security
• Upload malicious or harmful content
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may request export of your data within 30 days after termination by contacting support@linwiki.com.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linman Tech Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linman Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in courts located within the United States.
