Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 2025
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the 'User') and Linman Tech Inc. ('LinWiki', 'we', 'us', 'our') governing your use of the LinWiki service, including our browser extensions, web application, and related services (collectively, the 'Service').
1. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Subscription & Billing
LinWiki offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, displays, images, and design) are owned by Linman Tech Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you save to LinWiki ('User Content'). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You may export your User Content at any time.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request an export of your User Content within 30 days of termination by contacting support@linwiki.com.
