You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No questions asked.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund for all new Pro subscriptions within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@linwiki.com to request a refund.
1. How to Cancel
You can cancel your LinWiki Pro subscription at any time without penalty. Simply navigate to your account settings and click 'Cancel Subscription'.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
You will not be charged again once your subscription is cancelled, and we will send you a confirmation email.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period, please follow these steps:
- Email support@linwiki.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'
- Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Subscriptions purchased more than 14 days ago
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
