This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases made for LinWiki, a product operated by Linman Tech Inc.
All subscriptions are billed in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
1. Subscription Overview
LinWiki offers subscription-based services billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing in accordance with our Terms of Service.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase of a new paid subscription.
This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a paid plan.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of the original payment.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@linwiki.com
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request"
Include:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Payment receipt (if available)
We will review your request and process eligible refunds within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
- Partial billing periods
- Subscription renewals beyond the first billing cycle
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive refund claims
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.
You will retain access to paid features until the end of the active billing cycle.
6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced duplicate billing, please contact us immediately at support@linwiki.com.
We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we strongly encourage you to contact us to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
